Within our framework for our strategic planning engagements, we are often asked to assist our clients with execution. A standard component of our work are follow up meetings (managed by a professional facilitator) to ensure execution of the strategic plan. We often help our clients implement tools such as The Balanced Scorecard (and various other scorecarding models) and Pay for Performance systems.
