Specializing in strategy and strategic planning, we have been trusted advisors to senior managers for public companies, mid-market organizations, and non-profits. While our core competency is strategic planning, we often assist our clients with market research, customer perception audits and other activities that drive a productive process. Our balanced approach emphasizes identifying the client’s value proposition (secret sauce) and assisting them in executing against their strategic priorities.
